In accordance with Order No. 41 of 15 February 2005 of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Student Youth Organizations were established in higher and secondary specialized education institutions of the country in order to organize work with young people effectively.
The Student Youth Organization has been operating at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical College since 2007. The organization is currently headed by Zəhra Musayeva . TGT is a public association of students united on the basis of common interests and the principle of volunteering. The organization operates on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, current legislation, the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and its own charter.
The main mission of TGT is to support the implementation of state youth policy, protect the rights and interests of students, reveal their knowledge, skills and creative potential, and encourage their development as individuals useful to society.
